About Katie

Katie Wolfe is a mom, who like all moms,has her good and bad days in her blended family. She has a heart for God who has faithfully led her through some valleys and blessed her on some mountain tops. But, all in all she is "REAL" and knows where her true identity comes from. Katie's life verse: Isaiah 58:11 "And the LORD will continually guide you, And satisfy your desire in scorched places, And give strength to your bones; And you will be like a watered garden, like a spring of water whose waters do not fail." gives testimony to who she is, where she has been and what God can do.

Katie's heart for teens comes from having grown up in the "world" instead of The Word. Knowing that a life lived in The Word gives true happiness and freedom began a passion for helping others learn, love and reflect the truth found in God's Word. Through Get REAL and the Sisters In Scriptures ministries, Katie speaks to teen girls and women about the power of having the word of God in your heart and mind as well as your purse to share with others. Using the "bad" of her past for the good of God and others' futures, ignites audiences that now that they know better, they can do better.

While in college, Katie began her formal education calling coaching jr. high and high school cheerleaders. She spent 10 years teaching in the Ohio public school system, with the last four of those in gifted and talented teaching and program development. In her "spare" time she originated, owned and operated two educational stores. She has also developed programs that have been used in schools, churches, recreational facilities and everyday life.

Seven years ago, Katie left full-time teaching to return to her passion of working with teens and also her new found love of working with women of all ages. Besides focusing on her family, Katie has dedicated her life to teaching, speaking, mentoring and writing on REAL life significant issues in fun and relevant ways.

Conferences & Speaking

Katie communicates and relates to people of all ages with energy and passion. She peppers her teachings with REAL stories and experiences from her own life, including the good, the bad and the ugly but all end with the reality of ones choices and encouragement to live a life that makes a difference.

Katie's presentations are excellent for a variety of events such as retreats and conferences. Each topic keeps attendees on the edge of their seats and even sometimes out of their seats due to her audience interaction. Sessions are approximately 40-60 minutes and can be made fit your specific need.
